Tried to leave a comment, but as they have never published one of mine I don't hold out much hope. Maybe I should change my name to Crozier.

Lets see if my comment appears
Yellow Reporting - Look it up but your recent articles define it.

Its not a secret letter 120,00 were sent out. Its not a secret plot but part of the interim agreement Royal Mail signed up to with the full knowledge if there was no progress then more strikes were possible. There are no unspecified demands they are all in the agreement which Royal Mail are not following. The only cast iron promise being broken is the one by Royal Mail to review all recent executive action and to re-engage the CWU on a local basis.

A biased , badly researched, abusive, anti union rant but frankly fully expected from the Daily Mail. At least you did not disappoint. Certainly don't expect this to be shown on your site as it probably goes against your Editorial policy.

they call it spiked news too . Hellmail call themselves a spiky site . You don't make enemies in Fleet Street especially with editors & ultimately the owner & even rival Tory papers . Look at that Tribunal the News of the World lost .

He has my respect for taking Murdoch on and winning though .

 that we are getting upset about this tory scum bag paper, after all most of its readers are the employing class rather than employees.if you want a daily paper on the workers side try the morning star :Applause

Daily Mail a paper that supports Free Speech as long as it agrees with what is being said.

Perhaps we should all try and buy this T SHirt.

I'm sorely tempted to sue these tossers for libel, if that's at all possible? Of course, that would mean having to find the extra time to seek out legal advice and time generally wasted in pursuing these scumbags.

Someone, somewhere must know that these newspaper people are in danger of sliding from the head of investigative journalism to the ars*hole of ejaculative analism!
We posties do things differently, but we still get shot at!

they've done this before - Crozier was supposed to have sent Billy Hayes 56 letters asking to negotiate before the strikes without reply . It's rubbish anyway , Dave Ward runs the union . Billy liaises - more or less though he did sort the 2003 dispute out with :lfo - negotiations had previously been acrimonious .

then there was the B/S story in The Sun - wrong Dave Ward , wrong everything , nobody had knew hide or hair of the " union member " .

I suspect this has all come from the American Union Busting Firm that RM hired - it's not paranoia , it's how they operate . Thatcher did the same thing in the 80's , she made all the Tory paper editors and owners Sirs and Lords etc - " We must get up at 6am like the Marxists to get our message across " .

The last time I looked at the CWU rule book, the role of GS had Chief Negotiator as part of its duties.
