In my office 2 walks that are a bit lumpy and long dont do I.P.S. on wed,thurs,fri,if we took work of them then the other walks that it went on would maybe in the s**t(fix 2 mess up 4)Once we sort out present dispute we will change alot of them and see how we go .Sometimes though its not the walk it could be the officer on it

Well remember when the walks including mine were made 3.5 during SDD revision, had previously argued with the useless p**t of a screw in charge of revision so he insisted my round was tested on the easiest Tuesday I can ever remember. Luckily only my rep who was involved in revision came round with me so the delivery got a 'real world' test

I have just worked out a new set of delivery routes with a bit of input from my DOM and we are increasing the deliveries by one!
A bit of a complex revision as it was done using redployment of current ( afternoon SA) hours into duty hours.
Callers office in the afternnon wil be shut down mail conveyance to mail centre will instead go to Huntingdon delivery office which will then off load mail which will travel with huntingdon delivery office mail to the mail centre.
Enviromental benefits to this, RM should have done it years ago biggest waste of money going sending two vans up the A1 at the same time.
Another SA will start later simply by altering the meal relief time of the late RLE duty.
DOM also wants to introduce dedicated duties and rotating days off into the office.
I will be asaking for local aggrement that the non staff savings such as redued fuel cost and veichle maintenace are recorded and go towards any future aggrement on non staff savings being part of 50/50.
Will be putting all of the above to 3 separate votes in the near future.
