I had a go about getting kicked off my float duty so the guy can come in and claim easy overtime on his duty.As usual got me knowhere ,,,,,were short of staff bla bla bl a.Every duty was covered yet guy still came in n i was booted off job . So i was left to do odds n ends in the office ,n got away at near 10.30! What a waste of money !Our office wastes so much money every week like this ,spare people going about doing hardly nothing while there job has been taken over by the duty holder whos came in on day off.Gets me relly p i,,ed off .

Well OK if thats how you see it. Frankly its all about the money, I'm happy to bleed every single dollar I can from this company. Compassion will never come into it.

Besides our gaffer never listens to us anyway and likes a bit of leeway when sorting out his weekly plan, and as most of us in our group are willing to work their day off there is no problem. Actually I have done other duties on my day off, turned out to be a walk in the park in comparison, finished around the same time I'd normally be done.

I, in the past, have been chucked from pillar to post, didnt enjoy it or like it, but got on with the job in hand, booked if I had to and got the job done.

Raise a grievance.

If any senior c***s assault you, take the punch and then go to the local cop shop.

f**k them, they gave away our pension.

Spoodo the walks you are being kicked off by the regular on his day off .

For that day is that your allocated duty are you there regular cover man.

If you are they can not kick you off that duty what ever walk they are shifting you onto unless you want to swap it is the man coming in on his Day off that should be going on that walk.

See your rep mate he will soon get it stopped or he should do.

Remember the choice is yours not the regulars to change walks if you choose.

So because RM are unfair to everyone in some extent, you'll conciousness do something that will end up being unfair to another of your colleagues?
