hi people,
from a hacked off rep that has to watch his collegues leave the business with joint problems back problems and mental problems all caused through the pressures of the job, can we not get some professional to say these problems are caused by years of carring heavy bags and get Royal Mail to pay the compensation or do we have to roll over and take what ever the employer will give us. It seems big business always get thier way as in the asbestosus and plural plaques cases where when the sufferers are about to get a payment the businesses go "bust" and the insurance companies say they can't pay but can afford to lobby MP's to short change the people who are suffering because businesses need to make more money than last year.
or am I just cynical?
