There is no xmas pressure on earlys for our late people but the l/as have been given early overtime in the run up to xmas.Is it me or is this some sort of reward for them comming in and crossing picket lines on the last strikes.

Xmas pressure started early in dorset. We've had a load of casuals in all week and Friday night (night shift) we had one of our CFCs running.
