You don’t have to even talk to him yourself if you feel uncomfortable about the whole thing.

For example a couple of years back we had this guy transfer from another office and from the past was a big pal of our manager. Apparently they used to go to football together. Anyway he was a big bloke very intermediating and often aggressive and decided to keep having a pop at me over some packets overtime I used to do. He would shout and swear at me every time I did the blasted OT.

In the end I had enough as it was getting me down so i plainly told our rep that if it happened again I would put in a harassment case against him. Guess what a word in his ear from the rep and its never happened again. Sorted.

Could you not do try the same with your rep or a mate to warn him off.

If you feel uncomfortable talking about this to him why don't you write everything down on paper and then hand it to him. Tell him to read it and walk away.
If he carries on in the same vein then it is sexual harrassment / bullying and needs to stop right away.

He may get the hint and stop.

right, ive written everything down in a journal with dates and appox times (i already had the dates written down of some of the incidents anyway) but heres where my disability causes problems for me deciding what to do and how to do it logically without just making a scene and known/targetted as that aspergers guy. Im worried if i go through RM they are going to target my ass with an anti-anti-harrassment nuke, and blame me for wearing pants that you can see the outlines of my butt in (joke).

I know this posts gone kinda off topic but should i mention the original problem posted in this claim (that hes also trying to get me to work extra over xmas because he gave me time off when i hurt my ankle months ago - wow the generosity from RM managers)?

Im really worried im going to get suspended for all of this even though im the victim. will RM be understanding about my aspergers or will they use my aspergers as my cryptonite (even though it is my saviour)?

the magic words - Industrial Tribunal CAN have a effect - though the problem is that RM will see you as a loose canon thereafter to be rid of by whatever means & there might be a never ending Mexican standoff between you and management .

On Planet RM you are threatening their system .

RM will fight dirty and sink to the level of a snake's belly . Better off getting in touch with the Union , you can't fight RM totally on your own ? , maybe your aspergers will make it a case of stragetic importance to the Union ? .

Just stay one or two steps ahead of those idiots in charge , plot things ? .

Don't fall for all that bullying - it's all your fault rubbish . That's RM's problem , with that negative autocratic style of management you will get a blame culture . They will try and go that low , more fool them as the book would be thrown at them in court .

Go through the Union and get this mess sorted out cleanly if possible .
