IF you do take it to a tribunal and you have not raised a grievance then any winning compensation could be lowered by 25% just for NOT putting in a grievance.

you'd be deemed to be a " troublemaker " or too " triggerhappy " - Ok , we know it's RM ( Another Planet ? ) but you have to be seen as being reasonable and having given RM a sporting chance to resolve matters .

That stinks , sitting on things might have worked years ago but NOT anymore with that style of management .

no we are both waiting for the out come an i had been into work early an thats why they think it was falsely claimed

Do you mean that you started work before your scheduled time without authority fromline manager and you are now trying to claim this was overtime?

ive spoke to my union and i ve not to alter anything in the conduct code interview but put on blank paper the reasons im not signing it as all dates are wrong one for a start was my day off an also nothing in notes to say i was getting prosecuted for a charge which hasnt been comfirmed an why a fellow colleage is charged with the same offence an still in employment an im suspended union man rekons it will scare the s**t out of them as they are wrong if no satifaction there im taking it to a tribunal for victimnation cant spell what do you reckon

Sounds a good idea to me. What "charge" where they going to prosecute you with? this sounds like bullsh*t, from what you've said you havent mentioned any police involvement from Royal Mail. Dont cave in!

well today my manager will have recived my interview notes back statting what he had not included an what was actually said so i persume i will get another copy tommorow an ive a funny feeling i will get to hear from him for friday my other work colleage charged with the same as my self an is still working said im still a gonna even though they are short staffed its so unfair
