That sunday and evening deliveries will be the same as last year and only for packets. There is no way they will pay us all a sunday rate anyway, not as if we would do it either. Will be done on a volunteer basis and overtime paid.

Sorry but WTF - we had one for every address so thats a 100% call rate - at best Pegasus is worked out at 89% call rate so there is no way that "where time exists within normal hours" could be appliedMr Blonde wrote:They made us take them all AND made us lapse.happymackem wrote:yea we got a weekrhino49 wrote:We were told to spread them over the week and not to claim overtime if we took them all out at once.Mr Blonde wrote:and I thought that this was going to be a moan about having to take these pieces of s**t out to every single house today.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Got ours today. Have been given all week to do them in. Did about half. Only where I was already going.
Just spilt stain-remover down my shirt. Now how do I get that out?
