I might be wrong but i think if you have 3 accidents in a certain period of time then yes you will be taken of driving duties and a changeover/refresher course is on the cards.

I mentioned this in another topic,a gaffer told me their union had written to the Royal Mail 'cos they weren't happy with their members having to do 12hrs + on the strike days.Its their own fault surely some of them hrs are o/t and if so they could refuse to do it.
