I suppose R/M really only listened in the end due to the staff actually doing the job properly. And our office not running on the good will of the lads.

But it does go to show what can happen if people listen and take on board what is being asked of them by there union.

I really cant describe the stresses me and my oppo have gone through over these last few months and i dare say they will continue for a lot longer ,we have lost and gained friends through this process.

Its just a case of keep on fighting and fighting we will do. We will not be defeated by R/M.

Stay strong lads and lassies and once again thanks for your support.
