Re: ROYAL MAIL MIS-MANAGEMENT
very interesting as we've seen the bits about suspensions and sackings on here - Thanks
The MP smelt a rat as well , point is ; who is that manager trying to impress ? - the plot thickens

This is the Bully boy manager who was involved with the 2 sackings for cycle helmets and has threatened another suspension for a cycle helmet only this week!

This isn't news,i left half my walk as did all the drivers today(and every sat) because we had a collection to do,exec action at its best!
Because of said exec action we have packets over a week old still at the office.
Because of said exec action again,we have cut offs every day.
The exec action,i think i mentioned it,happened a couple of months ago,progress.....

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Same in my office, always have parcels and packets left even when someone comes in on their day off on overtime.
And as for rounds, if we have no one to do them and no one wants the overtime then the mail just sits their till
the next day.
