I find them splash proof but when you step into a puddle they are not waterproof, but they did drain and dry quickly.

They are marked as "Industrial" and are heavier and stiffer than the normal domestic types available(of which I have a few). No doubt this means they will give you better protection and lifespan for the shoes, but they are still hurting although the right size after breaking in for a few days just in the office. I have now ordered the CAT shoes having inspected a pair that one of my mates ordered and they seem very substantial for a trainer type shoe - more like a trail or outdoor pursuits item.
Although the shoes were a problem, I have also had a pair of the DM boots for 3 weeks now and they have worn in beautifully, very comfortable after softening up and fully waterproof in bad rainfall - only bit of damp was from water wicking down my socks from wet leggings.

Ah yes - you need to pay attention to the walk log where it details the location of the sanitary facilities :chuckle

If you need safety boots/shoes the magnums are the only option even though they are not safe!.

So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets
