Please see below the RM schedule of events for the West Region. I have asked for similar breakdowns in the Wales, Midlands and Thames Valley Regions. As soon as I have these they will be forwarded.

I have emailed the Regional Managers asking if RM intend to do the workshops jointly.

Here is an overview of the immediate activities planned in the South West.



Tue 10th - Senior managers within the South West and Wales regions are attending a face to face briefing at Bristol Mail Centre with the national negotiating team.

Wed 11th - Delivery and Processing Directors will hold conference calls with their direct reports to reiterate key messages and key points in the agreement.

Wed 11th - DSMs and MCMs will hold follow up conf calls with their managers to reiterate the same messages and discuss any questions.

Fri 13th - Branch officials, Divisional reps and Area reps will receive their briefing from the CWU.

Mon 16th - Regional Directors and Divisional reps meet to discuss the approach.

Wed 18th - Affected delivery offices and mail centres will attend a practical workshop to work through the agreement.

have not heard of 4 day weeks in delivery, how does this work and is it just london?
