Any body have problems doing d2d's becauae they don't have enough time, I give my d2d's to one of the other fellas as i don't have time to prep them, just find if you don't prep them it's to awkward to hold them behind my bundle of mail. got to a point where i was going out on a sunday morning to do them :shock: :crazy:

If I don't have enough time I inform the DOM and let him make the decision. If I do - I take 1 out and deliver where I am going. On the frame I will have empty slots so I put the D2D I am taking out into those before I bundle up. That way I don't miss any and usually have most of them done by Wednesday/Thursday and just trawl the rest as I go round Friday and Saturday (if there are a lot left).

d2d likely to be absorbed into workload soon so this prob wont occur.

Like to see how managers will cope putting d2d in walks that are covered by summer absorbtion.
