It comes as no surprise that in my office the strike breakers get away with murder. One leaves before the missorts come down, so he can take his car home for a relative to take his kids to school!! HELLO!! Another Jacks in his job cos no-one would talk to him! Is he for REAL! Then the dum begs him to come back (otherwise he'll only have two strike breakers in the office) and then gets someone to help him with his walk! WORDS FAIL ME!!

In my office the DOM told us that NOT talking to someone for not striking could be seen as a form of harassment! :no no

What I really feel? To be perfectly honest, I feel exactly the same way towards those pieces of crap who cross picket lines, whether they are members of the CWU, the CMA or just too tight fisted to join any union as I do about any slimy microbe who should be killed off without any thought at all. If I really said what I thought, I daresay I would be up before the beak on a charge of incitement or something similar. Suffice it to say, we will have our vengance. How could it possibly be otherwise?

speaking to the pieces of s**t

Post by gspot01 »

obviously in the context of going about your normal work you will have to speak to them, but that does not mean that you have to indulge in idle chit chat, telling jokes and laughing together.

Just a quick answer yes or no and then you cant be accused of harrasment....

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

i have 2 people in my office that dont speak to me.. 1 for over 3 years and the other 1 year.. makes me feel that im some kinda bad person but cudnt be farther from the truth!!! sometimes i feel intimadated by this behaviour but i just get on with it.. the dom is aware of the two people who dont bother with me.. its the only job iv ever been in that this has happened.. sometimes i feel a change of office wud do me good but then getting a transfer is not easy.
