My alarm goes off at 4.50am but I'm normally awake 5 minutes before that just to turn it off before it wakens the wife (or worse the dog) and that's for a 6am start but the trade off these days is that I can barely make it past 9pm (and definatly not past 10pm).
I'm preparing myself for the zombie invasion, rule number 1 - Cardio

05.00 for a 06.00 start ,on the weekend have to get up at 04.30 for a 05.30 start, you have to leave at lest 15 mins before hand so you can find a parking space on the road.
