I think the Union is doing a pretty good job of helping Mr Crozier destroy Royal Mail.

Before this pathetic 'interim agreement' I was was very much in support of the Union. Can you really blame me for being anti-Union now? Do they really have MY interests at heart?

you seem to think we're all a bunch of f**king sheep that will do want ever the union want's us to do. some of us have lost a s**t load of money up to now only to see the union agree to end the strike on the promise of more talk's. we've got a meeting tomorrow and i can tell you now the rep ain't looking forward to coming into our office to tell us the union's excuses. he already know's we ain't for being f**ked about be a bunch of tosser's that are only looking after theirself. i really can't see anyone in the south east office supporting any further strike's the union has f**ked it's self.

What we gained was the right for our trade union backed by an independent assessor to enter into negotiations regarding the long running disputes.That was a major victory considering the position as it stood.It is a major climb down by RM management.If now you are not going to back your union in those negotiations what are you going to do?
Are you all going to go from being oh so militant to being strike breakers?
Which is an anti-union stance.Not just anti cwu but anti the trade union movement.It isn't my stance and never will be.

2) Have o/t levels returned to normal?
3) Have unagreed lapsing/absorbing been stopped?
4) Has the bullying & harassment stopped?

These are the things that us members were out on strike for and so far as i can see none of the issues have been resolved just a flimsy promise that RM will talk to us about it
