If you look at the wording used in part of the document for the 3 year plan it says "negotiations will be carried out without disruption to the service" - their words not mine - so, we have a union trying to negotiate with a megalomaniac management without any recourse to action and WE are the ones opening the floodgates to mismanagement for terms and conditions?Lounge Lizard wrote:Nobody going to go on strike ever again - that's precisely what Royal Mail want, so from now on they can just impose the worst terms and conditions imaginable knowing there will be no real opposition..
What we really need is a document on the table NOW setting out our terms and conditions and what we are prepared to go out on strike for UNTIL those conditions are met. NO interim agreements, no fudging issues on the pension, no acceptance of weakness.
