working team leaders I think ? - OPG wage + £40 originally :hmmmm but he / she has to do everything - duties , cover etc , etc
Bit of a come down from LM wages, me thinks :nana

I recall the CMA being unhappy a few years back with RM plans I think in the pboro postcode area they did not want sector managers culled to the same level as RM did.

they've been needed for RM's Aerial Sharon School of Industrial Relations .

Most Supermarket / Retail Top Bosses like :lfo don't really like Personnel / HR staff , they're only useful for a limited period to implement policy , they don't like what they see as glorified back Office Staff too , similarly they're only useful for the reams of paper that Senior & Middle Management send out for a limited amount of time .

When it comes to the crunch their bean counters will see certain managers as unproductive and too expensive :hmmmm

Seen it before , A rep went up to a senior local manager and told him the Tories had won the 1992 Election - the reply was " Don't rub it in " :hmmmm i.e . you can play at being private sector badly and have all your nepotism , jobs for the boys & little empires for a while but only for so long :hmmmm

Rumour has it that Workplace Coaches at Maidenhead D.O. are already doing Team Leader type jobs, replacing Line Managers. Does anyone know if this is true? If it is then how long before this trend spreads? :cuppa

PS billypants is not my brother :chuckle

I've heard that 400 are for the chop in my region :dance don't need and have never needed the amount of managers we've got, office budgets sorted when RM get rid of that bunch of shirkers and there is no way they would be employed as managers elsewhere :Boo hoo!
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets
