Biggest good point from the deal . . . . . . . . . . . the fact that RM now have to negotiate and make progress at a pace deemed suitable by an independant judge, else we get the right to go back out on strike. This means they can't just brush off the union and walk away like they normally do, else the public will get to know the truth about our "caring employer"

The public do not give a s**t about us or our employer! Whether they are a caring employer or not. They just care that the strikes are over! Regardless of how long for or what agreements are used why they have been called off. If we were to strike in the new year, do you really think the public would support us? Not a f**king mission! We already have been brushed off. We had the chance to strike when the iron was hot. That chance has now gone.

GOOD POINT we still are union members POSITIVES Billy and Dave better start looking for a new job as most divisions will be tabling a no confidence vote on their negotiating skills!.
