How does someone pull out of the CWU?

At least wait and see what the final agreement says at the end of the year and remember without the union you would have probably already been made redundant or forced to go part time, and undoubtedly have much worse pay & conditions than you have now

TBH leaving the CWU just because you disagree with their tactics or any agreement is the easy way out but it has huge implications. The more people who leave the less influence the CWU has with Royal Mail. If you are really upset at the direction of the CWU then try to change it from within rather than just give up.

The consequences if people leave is far worse for all, than if they stay and change things.

I'm sick of the union backing down and that's what this was a massive climb down,don't expect a yes vote for strikes in the new year because believe me,it isn't happening.People are sick of our weak union,you're in the pocket of management and people are sick of it.I suppose billy was out drinking champers with management until the early hours last night,you're an absolute joke!!

Ye p,it's a real dilemma TBT. How do you get to register your disapproval of this move other than by stopping your subs. Clearly under the present set of union rules all dissent is diluted, your chance of voicing your opinion is way distant and last time you were denied the relevant information required to make an informed choice, Hardly open and honest!
On the flip side ,pull out now,and RM get all their xmasses at once,cut your nose off to spite your face.
