If i remain a member of my union, i may just use my vote to vote out the PEC
The problem is that no matter what agreement is reached (if any) and we are balloted on it, the majority will vote for it, just like in 07.
Confused... You won't be, after the next episode of. SOAP

Legal action

"The CWU also confirmed that it was not now pressing ahead with its legal challenge to the Royal Mail over its policy of employing temporary workers to deal with the postal backlog.

Christmas deliveries will now be unaffected
It had previously been due to go to the High Court on Friday, accusing Royal Mail of using the temporary staff to try to break the strike, something Royal Mail strongly denied. "
"why should it just be the bankers, politicians and the idle rich who get all the best things ? we demand a standard of living for our members that enables them to share in the fine wines and times that the likes of Cameron and his Eton buddies take for granted " - the late great Bob Crow RIP.

Here's my 20p about this agreement for what it's worth.

We have been shafted and sold down the river.

REGARDLESS of what is revealed in this document today at 12pm, all the public and business hear in the media is that the strikes have been called off. REGARDLESS of the terms and conditions for the strikes to have been called off is irrelevant to the public. They don't care! They know the strikes have been called off so that's all they know and care about.

When Janurary comes and the Union feels we have to strike 'again', Joe Public and small businesses owners will be saying 'Those lazy b***ard postmen are out on strike again after getting an agreement last year! Useless gits!'

We were only just beginning to get public support for this dispute and I personally think it is now gone forever.

Royal Mail have more or less secured a strike free Christmas. Well done Royal Mail. :Applause If come Janurary as I have already said he had to strike again, who would support us? The busiest period is Christmas and will have passed. This is the period we should be using to get an agreement to benefit everyone. Not giving Royal Mail a 'get out of jail card' so then can fob us off until Janurary.

I feel so let down regardless of what crap will be in this report today.

The Union have sold us AGAIN and in one word we are well and truly F*CKED!
