We defo had them by the bollards, never seen my manager in such a state this morning 
Will be interesting to see what the situation is. If there is no deal and the unions bottled it, then i will be leaving the union followed by the company before the end of the year.
This was THE last chance, otherwise RM's future is doomed for sure.

Will be very interesting to see what the outcome is, although RM were adament anything already implemented would NOT be removed, which begs the question why the f**k was I striking.. Already been shafted in our office due to a s**t union rep, so were stuck with what's been "agreed", brilliant.Will be interesting to see what the situation is. I'm with you on this one, nothing worthwhile and I'm leaving the union and when circumstances allow, RM. I've wasted too much money going on strike for f**k all (2007 P&M agreement nearly made me quit) and I've had far too much s**t from this company over recent years to care any more.
