i like most posties in our division have been treated like crap since July so we should wait until the agreement is released tomorrow and then comment.

Dont forget its an interim agreement and the strike ballot still stands.Best news is that ACAS is involved.
Its going to take time and if RM try and move things without agreement then strikes will be called again.

The problem as I see it is, RM won't try and move things until AFTER DECEMBER 24th!!!!!

The executive have agreed to this unanimously ,we elect them so let us give them some credit.If it was split then I would be more worried.Of course RM would not come out and admit to giving up anything ,lets wait ahd see.

Does this mean that CWU now "NOT" taking RM to High Court tomorrow, re 30,000 "illegal" workers being taken on?
They said that this would still go ahead, with or without strikes, I think? Or maybe I'm wrong...again.

If they stop the High Court action, does this mean that the 30,000 RM wanted are still needed, as they did say it was "Nothing to do with strike", didn't they?
