like I said in one post on this forum, I couldn't help wondering if this was a Hacker job on the BBC website and it is a little too son and short notice for calling off a strike.

I say wait out and see what the rest of the news says, looked at the CWU site, it did say the same too.

It still feels wrong and poorly timed.

the worst part will be the dims superior smile as you walk in. i'll soon wipe it off his ugly face though. "sorry i will not be doing overtime because of other commitments or lapsing as i haven't got time"

We had 3 on my section woken up by the Lineo - all thought the strike was still on - one had been on a bender and did not get to bed till 4am - he just arrived as we left. :left: :left: :left:
