What the f@@k are they agreeing to no strikes before christmas. higson just said we will push forward with the next phase of moderisation in the new year. I have a very bad feeling about this, this is a ploy by the RM to string it out until after Christmas and then walk away, before the ballot, they did just that, IIRC on this forum, the Management simply dictated what they wanted and no discussion whatsoever, the discussion itself only came in once the ballot result was out.

Negotiate from a position of strength.
