Fair point Mucker. Having said that it's just the kind of tired rhetoric that could've been written when the strikes were announcedmucker wrote:i seems a bit strange when royal fail told us yesterday we would be losing two days pay in one week, all of a sudden they have some kind of deal in the pipeline![]()

Re: DEAL REACHED
Look they have been in negotations for some time over the last few weeks and since Tuesday they have been in talks for over 27 hours finishing in the early hours of this morning. All the doom and gloom posters should hold their judgement until they know if the deal is acceptable to the PEC before slagging things off. Believe me it had nothing to do with Royal Mail threats of stoping two days money we all know they would in the first place but equally the action which was notified to Royal Mail was a statement of strength from the union which had Royal Mail under pressure.
