I haven't bought this rag for many years but what amazes me is us posties are working class people and they claim to be a working class paper and they know loads of posties buy the paper. Yet they're on a mission to bring down the Union which means us members. The article on Dave Ward was taken off their website because there wasn't any truth in it. Will there be an apology? I doubt it. Do they ever try and dig up any dirt on Crozier? No, they gave him an article. Talk about one sided. Why don't all of us posties BOYCOTT THE SUN. Hit them in the pocket, where it hurts!

I don't buy the Sun/News of the World, or even the Daily Star, as they are all silly comics at the end of the day, all things that are printed, are just fiction at the end of the day

i have had this debate with many posties, the Sun has consistently attacked us along with the Daily Mail, why line these people's pockets?

worked in Liverpool , Alexi Sayle couldn't even give a bundle of that paper away on telly , then the locals set the bundle on fire if I remember rightly .

Kelvin MacKenzie only " apologized " because Murdoch had told him to as sales there had been well down for years . Even the then High Tory Telegraph said it epitomized everything that was wrong with a yobbish 90's Britain .

Rebakah Wade is no stranger to controversy either .

Lets not forget Murdoch played a central role in smashing the union movement in the UK in the 1980's. Does this sound familiar?

On the other hand, the company management was seeking to have the union accept terms that they considered unacceptable: flexible working, a no-strike clause, the adoption of new technology and the end of the closed shop.

I don't know. I had a quick look in supermarket to see whether there was any news about the Dave Ward article and I came across it.
