Apparently the TUC has drawn up a proposal. According to one of my collegues anyway. They wouldn't have done so if they weren't near an agreement.
My money is on RM walking away again though.

c'mon guys...reality check here...Government DO NOT WANT a resolution...Royal Mail DO NOT WANT a resolution...the closer to xmas we get..the more public support for us will wain,then when that happens The mighty fool which is mandelson will announce Privatisation plans and then wer'e all F**ked! We are doing the only thing we can to stop them but sadly i do not believe it will be enough..
