we were asked to come in late tue. then work longer by 1/2 hr flex after strike day but we all came in at normal time & said no thanks thats why we out on strike

Hey Infidel,Rural3 an Godric.........No flexin at Ayr(had no need,cos we got through what was there) and as far as I know none at a majority of Ayrshire D.O.'s...!! As stated before just seems to be pushed in depending on the Dom or in this case the cluster manager in your specific area...!!! Obviously a guy wanting to climb the corporate ladder......but as you've spoke about before this should've been tackled at Branch level,if 'flexin' was enforced in one office,Branch should be taking every D.O. to the gates....!! Hopefully National talks should cover this but in the short term that,s no help....keep your chin up boys...!!
