Hi. Someone please keep this thread updated on a regular basis!! I've been waiting for years to see these b**t**ds get what was coming to them. Even though I only know the name of two of them, I can guess who else was involved. It's just a shame that some of the more senior crooks, who left Glasgow for HQ posts, have either retired or died!!

Have heard he has sailed his boat into international waters to avoid the boys n girls in blue - does Arran have an extradition policy.?
One senior manager now in Spain?
Three permanantly on knees in local chapel, looking for divine intervention.

Been told posts filled temporary till Jan. will see what santa brings.

Two senior managers now suspended in Carlisle MC. Word on the street is that this practice was common throughout the Northern Territory.

Hypothetical supposition.
Independent monitoring of mail delivery performance could be acheived in each postcode if a network of anonymous panellists each record time mail received by them. Data supplied to central collation could illustrate how each postcode area performs. To be effective these panellists must remain unknown to the delivery company. This independent info could be used to calculate delivery performance in each postcode.

Hypothetical supposition.
Delivery company sets targets for performance. Bonus payments are linked to reaching targets. Performance should be independently monitored using anonymous panellists. To be effective these panellists must remain unknown to the delivery company.

Seems watertight to me!!!!!

Don't get me wrong but worse things go on in the NHS , it's easier to get away with instuitionalized dishonesty as everything is split into pieces - there's less hiding places with RM :hmmmm - that's the target culture for you - typical New Labour , some ideas are well meaning in theory but they are used in a too ham fisted manner . With Human nature being what it is , people work out fiddles and scams .

The buck stops with the Government's Hatchet Men Bryden , Crozier and Leighton etc for playing at being private sector and doing it very badly . The bonuses are to replicate share options in a private firm and New Labour's belief that people can only be motivated by money NOT the good of the service . Typical 70's car factory command & control - A lot for us , something for their puppets and SFA for the rest .

Most firms fear a twisted & bitter manager with a almighty chip on his shoulder taking them to Tribunal and doing a lot of damage to corporate image . As RM is so badly run there's likely to be more dirty linen aired . So the policy is not to lean too hard on the poor dears .

Don't get me wrong - I hope some managers do get their come uppance - the double standards and hypocrisy stinks and causes a lot of resentment .

Word on the street is, if this serious malpractice was indeed common throughout the Northern Territory, then the I.B. branch should be spreading their tentacles and investigative powers much further into what would be classed as small local DO's as well (i.e. lifting of computers and interviewing of all members of staff) :hmmmm If they have nothing to hide then this must surely be revealed in any subsequent investigation findings.

Of course they should be going into every DO because all the DOMs knew what was going on.They must have known it was illegal yet not one of them had the balls to stand up and be counted.
Was this because they were all too busy counting their money?Or
Was it because they were all too scared of their bosses?Could it possibly be because of a climate of bullying and harrassment within Royal Mail?
So to all the DOMs on this site why did none of you stand up and denounce this fraudulent behaviour? Are you worried the s**t is going to end up in your laps?
I hope so. :wave

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
