Irvine DO had a Halloween visit from a coven of well wishers.
These well wishers have cast a spell on Peter the Picket who no longer wants to privatise our jobs.

Another professional looking sign courtesy of RM - ours looks the same as we changed our hours 2 years ago. It does not exactly project the ethos of a "modern and responsive" corporation does it.

Peter said "One was made so welcome by the lovely men and women of Ayrshire that one couldn't wait to go back. This time I had gifts for the pickets. Mrs Dewar of Irvine baked a lovely variety of cakes for me, she calls them Mandy's Muffins. If the strike is on next week I hope to visit Kilmarnock where I know the rep cant wait to get his hands on Mandy's muffins."

Castle Douglas around 10 in. Lockerbie all in except 5
Saltcoats same 4 as last week. Kilmarnock same 5 as last week
All other Ayrshire, Dumfries and Galloway units 100% excluding CWU members acting up as managers.
I'm happy with that. So is Peter.
