Typical of "Royal Mail". Perhaps we should stop calling the CWU "antedeluvian", "stuck in the 70's" and "trying to bully Royal Mail's management". The current round of industrial action seems to be more about preserving and even improving the service than destroying it.

The link about the cancelled parcel service refers to the situation here in Heanor. We lost our sorting office a few weeks ago and it seems likely that we will see post office closures soon. There is an online petition to save the post office referred to in the link at http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/HeanorPostoffice
