Image What's your motive behind this post? It seems to me like an attempt to encourage people into not striking. Of course their colleague's will think badly of them. Anyone who crosses a picket line while their workmates strike is a PARASITE Image and deserves to be treated as such!!!!!!!!!---------------A KWESTIONING KWAKImage

Want to BET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Just because most of the DOM`s I have ever meet, Do not have enough courage and lack a basic set of principles, does not mean we share this opinion. Pray, tell us, how many DOM`S have been in the "Room" when Mr Leighton has been `spouting off!" have said "but Alan you are wrong". Go on then tell us? How many?

Scab Managers

Post by lovejoy »

Dom, I don't mind debating the rights and wrong of our course of action with my colleagues but to have a scab manager giving us advice is beyond a joke.

I'll tell you what why don't you and the rest of your gutless bonus grabbing paracites go off and think about what to spend your money on rather than lecturing working class people who are prepared to stand up for what they believe in.

F***ing cheek of it!! :lfo :cfo

As you're aware coming from the same neck of the woods as myself, last Friday was the most successful action ever taken in this area, even the small offices like Llangollen came out, that's never happened before.

You can carry on with the bullying of staff but it won't work anymore,,they're leading the way in North Wales at the moment with a virtual work to rule, there was apparently six managers drafted in yesyerday to deliver the mail that was brought back by posties working correctly.

If you don't understand how angry we are,you want to get off your arse and talk TO the staff instead of at them.

Well said, the sooner we all work correctly, the better. Then and only then will the DOM`s `work` because they will be doing the work we `CAN NOT COMPLETE TODAY` boss.

The question is that if RM get their way and defeat us (or even if they don't) then you know management will be next, after all how much work does your manger actually do that can't be done by a cheaper P/T office worker?

They will get no sympathy from me or any others on this site (I suppose they could strike but how could you tell the difference  ).
