Losing two days money would be a lot but to think of what our future will be if we lose this battle is spine chingling. Royal Mail managers are laughing at us and they are probably reading some of the postings on this site and laughing even more. We are all in this together and we need to pull together. Its either that or we have a job with no union and a service with no future.
I am disgusted with the attitude with Royal Mail managers from the bottom to the top as they know we are right and yet they will not stand up and be counted. UNITE is your union so do as it says on the tin.
Top management think we will cave in.. we will not but we have to go out there and tell the public what is happening ,both nationally and locally, we have to get along to support meetings and arrange speakers. Arrange fundraising and benefit nights.
We are in this for the long haul and we may bend but we will not break.
Solidarity brothers and sisters lets keep on keeping on.

Re: The PEC have released a statement..........
Most managers at RM delivery offices would love the idea of a 2 day strike,it'll get 'em right back on budget, the fact the the office has letters and packets piled to the roof would'nt worry them at all.................Like others had said a 2 or 3 day strike for each function would see people start to wilt.
