There was a golden opportunity missed to nail this mutha regarding the heart of the dispute. The public have got to realise that we are not against modernisation, but against intimidation. Unbeknown to all, it seems, we are compelled to take EXTRA work that takes us well beyond our time, and that when we complain we are threatened with willful delay, which is a criminal offense, and which will lead to our dismissal.

Think about that, public, when you accuse us of not working our full hours. And just to reiterate, we did not create the culture of 'Job and Finish', as this was originally created by Royal Mail itself!
