Yep with you on that 1. But the magic words "Operational needs" gets bandied around every time so it becomes "legalised willfull delay". It always seems to me we go to more places on the Sat with DSA than the rest of the week and i thought DSA was a mon-fri service only!!!!! so why do we get it on the Sat. :d'oh!

Where has it been said that DSA is Mon-Fri? If true I would love to see the paperwork so I can shove that in the faces of the managers.
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

DSA is a Monday-Saturday product..And do not kid yourself's the business make a bundle out of it, they do nothing to win the contracts back, they celebrate winning Amazon the packet section, there is very little packets in DSA, the business are happy for the competitors to get the letter section, prep it up and send it in, more and more dsa is coming in trays (this trend will continue due to a price reduction for the use of trays), mail straight in onto the walksort machines, cut out processing close a load of mail centres jobs a good un.. :cfo :cfo
