The guys right we dont want to strike but what choice have we,the industry is at massive risk and the TNT/DHL/BUSINESS POST that come in only want the easy stuff that makes them a cart load then go away and leave us with the rest,when he talks about staff going and the hours being dropped to part time,in ourr DO they have employed people on P/T contracts on purpose and they are trying to just take fulltime staff of thier duty telling them there is not enough work to warrent thier hours,they have been told they will be doing what ever the bully boys think they can get away with, the only reason they have not made it is because we went to disagreement to stop them so far we have proved they have over staffed the office on purpose and until they sort it out in the correct way they are not going no where.
I never thought in all the years that i have worked for this company that the managers would stoop that low its worse now than in the old days.
