Quote from Guardian
"Royal Mail was given another severe slap in the face tonight when the Scottish government awarded a £17m contract to TNT Post to deliver second-class mail for dozens of public bodies. Privately owned TNT won the contract from Royal Mail although the publicly controlled business held on to a smaller, £8m, contract to deliver first-class letters."
