the shadow business mp is on now saying that modernisation needs to happen swiftly due to a business in decline. so is modernisation gonna get us more work? will it magic back that special 10% we have lost?

is it just me or is it not just about modernisation. isnt it about the bullying/the reduced service aswel?

its not modernization at all, its just cutting costs, i dont see any new technology which they have promised us, all they do is give us a bit of absorbing and call that modernisation. They employ part timers but we are dragged off the sorting to prep their walks and mail gets left. They should bring in part timers once we have the machines to walksort the mail as promised. Just seems to me they are rushing it
