2.9% pay rise and bonuses at the end of the month ,bonuses £2000 for top managers and £900 for lower grades ,well well what a kick in the teeth to us posties what is going on not happy about that . :lfo :cfo

There is another post on here that covers managers bonus but they range from £2000 - £10000 (for Delivery sector managers) Goodness only knows what Big Al and His partner are going to get!!!
