Im not in the know at all, I just want you to be able to back up your accusations.
Im just a nobody in a out on the border delivery office, so unless somebody rings/texts/email me I know NOTHING!!!!
And when ones release gets refused on a semi regular basis its even less chance to be at the centre of the branch and be aware of whats going on within the branch.
Oh and if its my fault I dont get release, then humblest apolgies to you.
Perhaps I should transfer to Pboro to keep up with all the latest happenings?

If people care to look at your earlier posts in this thread you seem to be EXTREMELY well informed for someone who knows nothing....Big Daz wrote:Im not in the know at all, I just want you to be able to back up your accusations.

Re: Posties work on after their pay is stopped
Day of today, every wednesday
I nothing about any deal untill you posted on this site
Notices were sent out last week from the branch office to delivery offices informing the mbrs of what had happened at Pboro
The bC meeting monday was made aware of support from other unions and agreed to pay wages for the mbrs affected.
We also informed that powers that be were dealing with the legal aspect (solictors, employment tribunal) which
As for talks with mangement I know diddly squat
I will send you a postcard from Paris as Mickey and Minnie haver agredd to be photgraphed with me.

Re: Posties work on after their pay is stopped
Im glad your back as I made some enquiries with the ADR with reference to you info, so I can post from a postion of knowledge.
Dosent sound like a dodgy deal to me , but then as the saying goes one mans hell is another mans heaven or is it the other way around.
Apparently 2 out of the 3 members are happy with the resolution which was negotiated by the Pboro rep and the white haired Divisional Rep who gave Dave Joyce a hard time at conference last year. I assume that even if they would have liked a better resolution the best possible resolution through CWU RML talks was achived.

Re: Posties work on after their pay is stopped
Better still Mr W why dont you talk to the CWU bods that did the resolution?
The ADR did not play a part in the resolution detail as the local rep had a divisional rep to assist.
Therefore in my opinion the ADR can not be blamed for one out of the three members being unhappy with the resolution.
Perhaps Im missing something , if so please tell me.
As for the deal as you put it there is agreement that the CWU will look at absorbtion Mondays and Tuesdays but that is all it is,a look nothing more than that. That means the reps look at absorption and say yes or no. Sounds like a national aggrement called phase 3 to me.
Delivery Offices
Absorbing Hours & Covering for One Another
Aims
• To jointly identify/implement genuine opportunities to absorb outdoor and/or indoor workload where time exists within approved attendance times/normal paid work hours.

Re: Posties work on after their pay is stopped
You really are one
person
word has it some pathetic deal has been made
Your words not mine
You have so far failed to provide anything to flesh that out, no doubt as the person you so want to blame wasnt part of the deal making. I bet that really pisses you off doesnt it?
Unless your just mischief making for the fun of it?
Ive made this site aware of everything ive been told and I see nothing in that as being pathetic.
In fact I ask everyone on this site to join me in giving a big round of
to the local and divisional rep that have clearly both done a very good job to the best of their ability.
So come on MR W grow some bollocks and tell us all what is so pathetic, that two out of three members are happy with the outcome or are you wishing to tell me Ive been misinformed ?
Your silence is Deafening Mr W,all talk no action bit like when a cheque was waved under your nose and you grabbed it and ran a mile rather than fight your corner.

Tut tut all talk and no action once again
I told you ive posted what I know as you are unable to read I will repeat nmyself
2 members happy
1 not as happy
Absorption to be looked at Mondays and Tuedays, but that is all it will be, no guarantee that CWU will belive time exists
Local rep and divisional rep were the CWU bods who reached a resolution, Area rep not involved, which mean Mr W you can not blame the area rep if you or anybody else belives a substandard deal has been reached.
I dare you to fill us all in on what is pathetic, such a strongly worderd claim without any evidence produced yet.
You said more to follow, when?

Re: Posties work on after their pay is stopped
now why would I want to run down the ADR the day after his starring role on GMTV?!!
come on Mr Green, tell us all about what is happening to all the grievances in the Peterboro DO?
I seem to have the word surrender on my lips and that is just before the big CWU announcement!

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
