We are in this dispute because YOU lot bottled it in 2007 and came back with a ridiculously bad agreement. Now its quite clear that RM and government are out to smash us. Now its time to fight back, the members are up for it, but again the one big fear is we will be sold short by HQ. This cannot happen again or this time the end result will be the death of the CWU. This fight is becoming more and more clearer to me the longer it goes on....this isn’t about post and customers now. It’s about morality, right and wrong and standing up for our rights. We have seen how this country is run. By greedy individuals who don’t give a damn about the people they are supposed to look after. It’s all about lining their pockets at any cost. Look at the banks, look at the MP expenses scandal, look at how much Adam Crozier and his kind are paid, look at our laws and how murderers, rapists, muggers ,embezzlers, drunk drivers,peadophiles, benefit cheats all get off with pathetic punishment for their crimes. If you try to defend yourself, your property or others you are the one in the dock!! We need to stand up to this and fight it all the way.

We bang on about how great our democratic society is...pah. Was the man in charge of it all voted in by you or me? NO! he wasn’t, nor was Peter Mandleson (who was sacked twice before) or any of the other people left to bring this country to its knees. So this fight we all now face isn’t about letters or packets or unrealistic budgets and so on. It’s about the average hardworking honest, reliable, trustworthy man or woman taking a stand about everything that is wrong about this country. These unelected people who have turned this country into a state where unemployed people are better off on the dole and where greed, lies, cheats, dishonesty, bullies and users are all rewarded and the real fabric of society who keep this country going are slapped down at any attempt to question the people who are "supposed" to represent us and our best interests and concerns.

This fight cannot and will not be lost. This is our chance to show what the working man/woman in this country feels about all the things we suffer on a daily basis in work and infact out of it. Our very constitution depends on it.
