It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

i didnt hear it all as i was on the phone, its been spoken about on here already i think. Just that managers werent happy being asked to do your work while your on strike as its 'below their grade', Unite coming out saying exactly the same and responding to RM. In fact the letter Mark H wrote to branch managers and the letter responding from Unite were both show on the news. how did they get hold of those - here? Then there was a solicitor who deals with Employment Law saying RM were breaking the law expacting managers to take on the work

Does it state 'As directed' on their contract of employment, as on our 318's :whistle
