Im new on here so bare with me please.

Im a postie and a union memeber and since this all started all iv witnessed is bullying and intimadation to others which is not what i joined the union for people have the right to make a decision its there god given right from the minute there brought into this world. The last time i checked if ya wanted suport from ur collagues you earned it not forced people into it.

I agree there is problems but if the jobs not up to ur liking get a new one theres plenty of people waiting to take ur place times change we have to change to and work our hours ur better with a job than not and all we are doing is making less jobs to go around. Im that young that my pension was naked from when i started so i just get on with it. striking was the way in the 70's not now and iv been in the job 12 years

As you say the job has changed a lot and so have the times.There are a lot more idiots in the job now that think Royal Mail will give us good conditions, wages and respect without us having to fight for it.
To turn this argument on it's head why dont you and the rest of the jellyfish leave and give the job to someone who would not spit on the graves of all the past union members that gave up alot more than we are asked to.
No doubt this will be moderated.

Bravo Rural 3 - Why be in a Union if you go against the majority in defence of its very existence. Don't make no sense.

No one is forced to join the Union, it's a matter of choice. If you join you should abide by it's rules or LEAVE.

I'm sure RM managers will treat you like a Hero - before crapping on you from a great height - who will you turn to then.
