The manager who is the cma rep in our office, if the biggest strike breaker there is, he has been to London on several occasions and was infamous on the last 07 strike

The icing on the cake for me was the "leaked" document on the TV news.
The second one this week!
RM senior managements credibility is thin.
And as to claims that they treat postal workers badly?
Well ! if they treat their managers badly how much more likely is it that they also treat their staff badly?

At my office the MCM has told the Canteen manager there will be no free food/drink for anyone during stike days - including managers.

According to sources i heard, last time the billing from the catering hit £5000 for just one shift last time out !!! They must of spent more time filling their cars up with crates of Coca Cola & Red Bull than moving the work !! Theyve pulled the plug it, but i did here last week that E London were still feeding the 5000.

Should we start 'checking in' with our managers to make sure they are alright? Maybe take them a cuppa and nod sympathetically when they tell us how they are being treated?

They can give it out but asked to do a bit of graft for once and they are up in arms. SAYS IT ALL.
