Post by ade@cambs »

A coach load of Brazilian casuals used at SE5 on Sat, & SE1 on Sun.Nearly all could not speak or read English so 1 interpreter for every 12. At W2 Sri Lankans being used, again 1 interpreter for every 12.

We are Mark Higson's Army'
The rag-time infantry.
We cannot prep, we cannot sort,
What bleeding use are we?
When boss strike breakers get their bonus,
I think we'll all agree,
What a load of rot.
And a bloody rotten lot,
Are Higson's Infantry.

Hope all their visas and passports are in order and photocopied.It would be a shame if RM were to be found using illegals...wouldn't it?

Denigratory to your fellow workers, and so the bottom line then is as ever, "them and us"?

So much for all that IWW clap-trap.

{BTW- the cliche you wanted was "rag-tag" not "rag time" unless they're going to play some music while they attempt to sort :chuckle }

In Leeds they are getting in touch with ex-workers and telling them they won't be breaking the strike but just working the backlog - some have actually fallen for it!
