well said that the main thing is not about pay. and also about part time contracts. and on unworkable absorbtion. The man should be a union leader, hes well articulated and knows what hes talking about.

and as soon as he finishes talking, a little bit of txt comes up at the bottom saying that the strikes are about pay, even tho he said that wasnt the main bone of contention. the press love it dont they.

yeh, they should have gave thier view on how "easy" the job is shouldnt they? they have taken the time to follow him round all day to experience the job and they didnt even thouch on it

I have'nt seen the report yet but will switch on now to try to catch it, but I can confirm today was heavier than most Tuesdays, we work shorts on a Tues and I cut off by about 45mins today. Sounds as if slowly but surely we are getting some better press.

Gary is the union rep at dunfermline, and he does wear the tie all the time , The managers didnt know about this . either did the staff , Office manager on holiday for 2 weeks , sure he may come in tommorrow though.
