Come January 1st we have had it - these bastards will steam roller their dirty plans & we will all be abliterated - the strikes must not be called off unless we have a serious 'iron cast' agreement & that should also include a reduction on the management side too to achievement the changes/modernisation the company is looking for with us getting a cut in the savings too 50/50 "lets work together" thats what they say ??
