Yeah but the few supportive pieces from individual Guardian journos who support is ruined by this headline grabbing stuff from last week:

This is the stuff that is appearing on the front pages and first few pages of their paper.... and it is a combo of misrepresentation and scaremongering.

It's a very middle class and ! Liberal paper - that's the problem - full stop , their readers like the " romanticized " bits , how horrible and arrogant the Tories were in the 80's as a cause celebre but then they resort back to type with their petty little prejudices & small mindedness and the idea they should be in charge of " the great unwashed " and they know what's " good " for them - hence all the tripe spouted .
